For individual therapy, my session fee is $200 for a 50-minute session. I offer a sliding scale depending on need and availability. Please feel free to reach out directly to discuss further. I accept session payment by credit card or Venmo.

I am directly contracted with and accept most commercial plans offered by Aetna. I hold a number of slots available for in-network insurance clients. For clients utilizing out of network benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill (an invoice) for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of a portion of the therapy session fees. I recommend calling your insurance company in advance and confirming your benefits.

I see clients via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. In 2026, I will be seeing clients with hybrid options of telehealth and in-person sessions in the Hudson Valley.

We will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your history and background, and define some of your goals for our work together. This will be an opportunity to begin getting to know one another and building a trusting relationship.

I prefer that clients begin with weekly therapy as we build rapport and clarity on goals. Depending on needs and goals, there may be the option to meet more or less frequently.

I charge a fee of $150 for cancellations with fewer than 24 hours notice. If we are able to easily reschedule our session the same week, I generally waive the cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations may result in my inability to hold your weekly time slot, though I would discuss this with you well in advance.

Under the federal No Surprises Act, clients are entitled to a breakdown of anticipated fees and charges for therapy services. This facilitates fee transparency as well as the client's ability to make informed decisions about their mental health care and finances.
